Actually, I’m not sure if this is classified as a mouse pad.Β Cos it’s really a huge one and I can put both my keyboard and mouse and with lots of rooms to spare. π
This is my current arrangement with the Razer eXactMat that I’ve been using for almost 5 years.Β I prefer the control to the speed side but the rubber legs have long been “removed” by my younger son’s itchy fingers.Β The recently, I realise that the wrist rest of the mat is also getting torn.Β Not too sure if it really due to wear and tear.Β But it does give me a reason to look for a new mat. π
So I finally managed to go down to SLS to look for this.Β The JUGGERNAUT!
Actually wanted to get this a long time back but it was out of stock for a while.Β Last week saw in HWZ forums that it’s back in Techdrome.Β So i quickly found time to go down n hoot this.Β List price is S$64.90 but the guy gave me S$58 straight away when I asked him for the best price.Β Didnt really bother to bargain any more cos I was in a rush too.
See how big is it? Taking up almost the same length of my 2 23″ monitors?
The Juggernaut Logo is printed.Β But I wonder how long it will take before it starts to peel. π
The whole pad is quite thick.Β Around 0.5cm.Β The top layer cloth is sewn onto the foam layerΒ and the bottom is a non-slip type of material.Β I was expected double stitches like jeans type of sewing but guess it’s too much to ask for.Β In terms of usage, I have to be more careful not to drop any thing onto this mat as it is cloth and mayΒ be more difficult to maintain as compared with the eXactMat.Β Also, i realise that tends to attract dust more.Β Dont know why i’ll see white white stuff on it after putting my arms on it for a while.Β Maybe I’m peeling without me knowing it all these while. π
Overall, it’s still a good hoot, just that it may not be as lasting as the eXactMat.Β Anyway, dont think so much since I’ve already bought it.Β Just enjoying it now. π
